Flagship is a specialized sustainability consultancy operating in the Central and Eastern European region. We provide expertise on ESG and sustainability strategy, implementation, reporting and communication.
Our headquarters are in Prague, Czech Republic,
and we have an international team with multiple
foreign languages spoken in the office. We are familiar with all the major standards, certifications and ratings in the field of ESG and sustainability.
We work with partner organizations to offer our clients a global outreach. Our partner organization, CSR Company International, is a global consultancy with which we cooperate on projects of multinational companies and their supply chains. We also have a partner based in India, 3PS Advisory LLP, to be able to support international and Indian companies with their respective journeys.
We are a creative and passionate team of experts brought together by the drive to provide our clients with intelligent, actionable solutions and the personal belief that we can change things. For us, it does not end when we leave the office. We are all trying to use our knowledge, skills and experience to ‘do better’ in the outside world too.

Regional CEE platform for leaders of responsible and sustainable companies, with which we have worked closely since 2017. Flagship offers free services, such as the Non-financial Report Check, to its members. Sandra Feltham, Flagship’s CEO, is the President of the Association.
As the first company in the Czech Republic, Škoda Auto established an External Sustainability Council in 2021, which consists of an independent panel of experts in the area. Sandra Feltham is one of the five panel members that advises Škoda Auto on sustainability issues.
The CSR Company International is a global consulting company in the area of corporate sustainability with partners in over 40 countries. Flagship has been its partner in CEE since 2017.
Zlatý středník is the biggest communications projects award in the Czech Republic, organised by the association PR klub. In 2021 a new category was created, focusing on ESG reports and campaigns. Sandra Feltham is the champion and juror of this category.
GREEN BRANDS is an international brand evaluation organisation that awards ecologically sustainable brands with the GREEN BRANDS Quality Seal. Sandra Feltham is one of their expert jurors in the Czech Republic.
