ESG Strategy

We help you achieve the ambitions you set in the field of sustainability. From sector audits, to identifying issues that matter most to you and your stakeholders, to setting specific targets and KPIs, and their implementation - you will get a tailored strategy that will be in line with the company's business plan, and achieves high scores from rating agencies.

ESG strategy development
We will help you understand which ESG factors are most relevant to your company, while being aligned with business priorities. We will focus on the dynamics of your industry, your strategic position, and new regulatory developments to improve your impact and create value. With us you will have a tailored sustainability roadmap with set targets and KPIs to move your vision forward.
Legislation and standards
We will guide you through new EU directives such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the EU Taxonomy, as well as international sustainability frameworks such as GRI Standards, SDGs, TCFD or SASB. We will advise you which of them is suitable for you, what is mandatory and how to use them to best set up or update your ESG strategy.
Materiality analysis
Double materiality analysis underpins the entire ESG strategy as it defines your key ESG impacts, risks and opportunities. We develop materiality in accordance with the GRI standards and the EU CSRD (ESRS) legislation. We help you understand the context of your business, gather relevant data and engage key stakeholders, while prioritizing the most important business factors.
Goals and action plans
We will propose recommendations for your ESG strategy in the next two to five years according to EU directives that concern your sector (e.g. CS3D, CSRD, WoB, Green Claims). We recommend suitable policies, data collection systems and give recommendations for identified deficiencies. We will also suggest activities based on your material topics and how to achieve your long-term impact.
Stakeholder dialogue
An integral part of an ESG strategy is to know your internal and external stakeholders and regularly involve them in the creation and update of your strategy. We will help you prepare quantitative and qualitative questionnaires and round tables, where you will gain quality feedback in order to move your sustainability progress forward. We will engage your stakeholders, analyze the results and recommend next steps.
Internal ESG team education
We will help you select key colleagues who should be involved in your internal ESG team across the company. The ESG team should coordinate ESG data, targets and KPIs. At the same time, they are important in stakeholder dialogues and identification of relevant current and potential impacts and risks of your business. We will involve them in the topic and explain everything.

We work in accordance with European legislation and appropriate international ESG frameworks that relate to your company's sector, its risks and opportunities.
