Completing the questionnaire and uploading your information usually takes 1–2 weeks - assuming you already have all the required documents. If you need to gather evidence or aim to raise your score, allow more time for preparation. Once the questionnaire is submitted, EcoVadis typically needs 6–8 weeks to deliver the evaluation.
EcoVadis charges an annual fee that scales with company size and service level (Basic, Premium, Select, Corporate). Expect roughly € 420 (smallest company) – € 8,000 (corporate company). Our consulting support is billed separately; we set the price after an initial audit based on scope.

EcoVadis only requires documents that substantiate your claims (e.g., internal policies, certificates, energy statements). All files are stored on a secure platform and viewed solely by EcoVadis analysts; selected business partners see only your score, not the underlying attachments. We sign an NDA with you, so data confidentiality is contractually guaranteed.
