Challenge & Activities Snapshot
Quinta Analytica faced growing regulatory pressure and client expectations for transparent ESG practices. To respond, the company aimed to improve its EcoVadis score and establish a robust system for ESG data management and carbon footprint measurement.
A detailed review of the latest EcoVadis evaluation was conducted, supported by internal and external analysis to identify gaps in ESG documentation and compliance requirements.
Customized spreadsheets were prepared for data collection, and the company’s carbon footprint for Scopes I, II, and partial Scope III was calculated using GHG Protocol. This included an employee commute survey and recommendations to reduce related emissions.
Existing documentation was reviewed and revised in collaboration with the client to meet EcoVadis requirements, with suggestions for edits and structural improvements to align with platform expectations.
The final 2024 EcoVadis questionnaire underwent a technical and strategic review, followed by advisory support on the upcoming evaluation cycle and recommendations for further improvements.

Flagship combined regulatory expertise with practical implementation, delivering structured EcoVadis gap analysis, documentation alignment, and carbon footprint calculation. Recommendations were provided to lower emissions and strengthen ESG performance in the coming years.

This progress demonstrates stronger ESG practices and positions the company closer to achieving a silver medal in future assessments. - Enhanced ESG Data Management: The project introduced structured tools for collecting carbon footprint and ESG-related data, ensuring consistency and accuracy. These systems not only supported the EcoVadis evaluation but also prepared the company for possible future non-financial reporting obligations under EU CSRD Directive.
- Employee Commute Emission Reduction Strategy: An analysis of employee commuting patterns was completed, followed by practical recommendations to reduce emissions. Initiatives included promoting carpooling, active mobility, and public transport, as well as introducing flexible work arrangements and infrastructure for low-emission vehicles.
- Documentation Review and Suggestions for Improvements in line with EcoVadis requirements: This includes the preparation and revision of key internal documents such as the updated Code of Ethics, the Sustainable Procurement Policy, the framework for collecting social and governance-related data, and the development of the company’s anti-discrimination and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) policy.
