Challenge & Activities Snapshot
EPLI embarked on creating their first ESG report, fully aligned with the latest GRI Standards. This involved benchmarking industry trends, establishing their first ESG strategy, identifying relevant GRI indicators, and showcasing progress through clear goals, activities, and case studies. Our focus was to develop an efficient, compliant ESG framework that struck the right balance between ambition and practicality. We ensured the framework was manageable for a company of EPLI’s size, while aligning with the forthcoming EU CSRD requirements.
Our Approach
Our collaboration with EPLI has been built on strong communication, effective project management, and regular engagement with a diverse team across geographies and business units. Over the years, we have developed trusted relationships and refined reporting processes, expanding our support annually to include areas such as double materiality assessments, ESRS preparation, and enhanced sustainability communications. This partnership ensures EPLI’s compliance while driving meaningful progress in their sustainability efforts.
