Challenge & Activities Snapshot
ČPP sought our expertise to organize and structure their existing ESG activities into a cohesive framework. They also needed to prepare for new regulatory requirements, including compliance with the EU CSRD, SFDR, and EU Taxonomy disclosures. Additionally, there was a clear need to educate employees and board-level leadership on the fundamentals of sustainability to build a shared understanding and commitment across the organization.
Facilitated a workshop with ČPP executives to outline a clear roadmap for integrating sustainability into their business strategy. This included aligning their efforts with upcoming legislative requirements and the company’s broader ambitions.
Navigated ČPP through the complexities of legislative changes, including the transition from NFRD to CSRD, and provided support for related SFDR disclosures. A key milestone was the creation of their first Principal Adverse Impact (PAI) statement, laying the groundwork for compliance with these evolving requirements.
Designed and conducted stakeholder engagement surveys to gather essential insights from key stakeholder groups.
Developed a comprehensive overview of the data points required for ESG reporting and provided practical guidance to ensure effective implementation across the company.
Measured ČPP’s carbon footprint for Scope 1, Scope 2, and parts of Scope 3, establishing a baseline for future goal setting and sustainability reporting.
Prepared several sustainability reports that consolidated ČPP’s ESG activities into clear, structured documents, highlighting their progress and commitment.
