Amazon Europe approached us to accelerate the transition of their supply chain into a more resilient one. They needed support in helping suppliers obtain and enhance their EcoVadis sustainability ratings, addressing challenges like language barriers and varying levels of readiness. The goal was to foster long-term social and environmental resilience while aligning suppliers with Amazon’s high sustainability standards.
Our Approach
We bridged language and cultural gaps by engaging with suppliers in their native languages, building trust and understanding. Meeting suppliers at their current level of sustainability, we prioritised actions, formalised practices, and enhanced their understanding of sustainability’s business value. This collaborative approach enabled measurable improvements in EcoVadis scores and strengthened suppliers’ readiness for future challenges.
