This year we celebrate our first anniversary as a certified B Corporation! While achieving this certification was a significant accomplishment, it was just the beginning. For us, this journey is all about making sustainability and purpose part of everything we do, not just for ourselves but also for our clients.
Innovations That Defined Our First Year
Becoming a certified B Corp was a proud moment, but it also came with a responsibility to bring its principles to life. From day one, we’ve been working to integrate these values into our internal processes and client services.
We embraced the “Improve” phase of our journey and started implementing initiatives that set a new standard for our work:
Flagship Code of Ethics: This is our new moral compass. It’s a set of principles that guides how we work and ensures our activities stay true to B Corp values.
Enhanced Satisfaction Questionnaires: We introduced new tools to assess and improve trust and collaboration with clients and employees. They are instrumental for continuous improvement of our services.
Impact Scorecard: We are proud of our new innovative system that helps us measure our progress - both in how we run our business and how we create value for our clients.
Bringing B Corp Values to Life
Martina Remtová, our Client Director and dedicated B Keeper, has been a guide in this mission. As an internal advocate and external thought leader, Martina has helped deepen our team’s understanding of the certification’s significance. Here’s how we’ve brought its values to life:
Team Workshops: Two company workshops were held to deepen our team’s understanding of the certification. They focused on enhancing Flagship’s internal processes and improving how we serve clients.
B Corp Movement Representation: Martina represented us at an international B Lab webinar, showcasing how the B Impact Assessment tool can drive strategic development.
Regional Leadership: As one of the first trained B Leaders in Europe, Martina is helping to expand the B Corp movement in Central and Eastern Europe, strengthening its presence in the region.
Inspiring Change Beyond Us
Our commitment to the B Corp movement goes beyond our own organization. We’re preparing to host workshops across the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) region to inspire and empower other businesses to join this transformative community.
